Description

A known way to abuse eDonkey clients that don't have an upload queue (such as the old versions of the official client) was to ask rapidly for the same file over and over again, increasing the probability to get a download. Abusers performing this trick are called \"Queue Jumpers\".

Several clients have implemented checks against that abuse, automatically banning peers that ask for file more than once in a given period of time (9 minutes for eMule and MLdonkey).

Default value

Default value for ban_queue_jumpers is true.
