Download sample size

Sets the base length of the data block on which transfer speed speed is calculated. (More info to come).

Default value

Default value for download_sample_size is 10, which somehow doesn't give very sane results. I'd recommend setting it to 1024.

Sampling seems to be somewhat broken in MLdonkey 2.5-28.
