47	GuiExtensions
		List of (Int32, Int8)	All the extensions wanted by the GUI. The first number is the extension ID, the second is enable status (1=enabled, 0=disabled). For example, to enable poll mode, use Int32 = 1, Int8 = 1.

The Core does not seem to generate a response to this OpCode.
This opcode must be sent before password, along with protocol version.
