Description
(obsolete) packet_frame_size sets the granularity of link bandwidth allocation, in bytes.

This option is stored in downloads.ini

As of MLnet 2.5-19, this option has a hardcoded value of 1; setting this option to any value has no effect. It might be removed from future versions altogether.
