Port black list

Description
Contains the list of banned port numbers. MLdonkey will not attempt to connect to peers or servers on any of the ports present in this list. For servers, the port 4662 is also implicitly blacklisted.
Ports can be added to this list using the bp command.
Note: like most non-scalar options, this one cannot be seen or modified from the interface directly. If there's a need to modify the list, the only way to do it is by editing config files.
